Event Objectives:

The session breaks down how PMOs have evolved post-COVID into Hybrid PMOs (HPMOs)—blending flexible project resourcing, AI-enabled management, and technology-driven operating models across Project Resource/ Management Models/ Office Structures. Attendees will come away with practical ways to modernize a PMO to deliver value in hybrid environments while keeping leadership human-centric. The session will be recorded, and a signed release is on file allowing use of the recording and materials on Engineers Nova Scotia digital channels.
